Name change to " Rotary Districts of Switzerland-Liechtenstein Foundation, Zone 16 B"

Our Rotarian friends from French-speaking Switzerland and D1990 are now back with our Foundation. The foundation board of the "RSS" has therefore decided at its last meeting to change the name of our foundation. This so that the previous name "D1980" is no longer valid. It will be replaced by the addition "Zone 16B", which includes the three Rotarian Districts of Switzerland as well as the Principality of Liechtenstein. This better expresses the nationwide character of our foundation, even though the D2000 is not (yet) part of us. The Swiss Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations (ESA) has approved the necessary amendment to the Articles of Association by order dated July 26, 2024.

This also means that the address of our bank account has to be changed, which is why we shall generate new QR deposit slips under "Documents".
